Tired Legs

Fall Creek Falls State ParkOur trip to Fall Creek Falls went pretty well, aside from the fact that no one from our Sunday School class actually came. We had said all along that it wasn't really an "official" Sunday School trip, but just something we were going to do and welcomed everyone in the class to join us. Most of them wanted to go, but two guys ended up having to work today, and one woman (who is preganant) was just not feeling up to it. Another couple was going to come late and try to meet us out there, but there was no cell phone reception, and it's a pretty big park, so we can only assume that they were there. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

We did have one couple from church (just not in our class) go along, and Mary's dad and his friend were in town, so there were six of us total. The weather was pretty good - a little warmer than I would have liked it, but it was overcast, and we got some light drizzle to keep us cool. I took a few pictures (not as many as usual), but didn't get a lot of good ones. The fall colors were dissapointing, probably because the recent storms have knocked most of the dying leaves off the trees prematurely.
