I am working on my Mattie Kate bunny today. I've finished Mattie Kate II and there are some definite improvements but I still see some things that need to change. She is sitting up better, but her front legs are just too skinny and her back legs will not sit down. Mattie Kate III will not have back legs, just a triangular bottom to sit on. We'll see what happens. If she is perfect, which I highly doubt, I'll make her again in some of the fabric I purchased just for her. I'd like to make something to go with her...maybe a little blanket.

My boys are eating out on the back porch again. We have had delightful weather all weekend and today also. It's been warm and so refreshing. I know it will get cold again so we are soaking in these 70 degree surprises. My lunch is still in the toaster oven but I will join them in just a minute.
