The Ugly Truth:

There are now four unexplainable piles on my desk.

There's a bird in the attic.

I gained weight again.

Aron is in bed...but he isn't sleeping.

I'm tired of driving to church this week...If Aron had been well on Sunday, tonight and tomorrow morning would have been the 5th and 6th time.

I had a headache all morning.

My pants have a bleach stain on the leg.

My floors need to be mopped...badly.

My mop handle is broken.

All three of my boys have really stinky gas today.

The Beautiful Truth:

I am not behind on anything life threatening or financially volatile.

We live among trees where I can hear all sorts of birds singing throughout the day.

I have the health, ability and the will-power to lose weight.

Aron is content to play in his crib.

I love my church.

My head is feeling much better and I had a lot of time this morning to think about what I'm doing wrong with my diet that might be causing me to have headaches.

I've had these pants for over 5 years and they're still comfortable.

I'm about to take a little time to clean my pretty wood floors.

A lot of packing tape can hold a mop handle together.

All three of my boys are NOT SICK, and they're pretty cute even when they're smelly.
