The craziness of life with 4 kids has put me in a less than creative mode in regard to food. Seeing this made me terribly convicted, and motivates me to get past this "get it on the table" mode I'm in as of late. I mean- that looks AMAZING!!! *drool*

Mmmm, that looks so good! What kind of strawberry sauce? The kind you put on ice cream? It seems like you could incorporate Key Lime pie into this. Although lime curd is probably a lot more limey...thanks for getting my wheels spinning too :D
