Limerick Friday

An explorer known far as Sweet Pete
Had been scrubbed from his head to his feet.
His host bathed him in oil
And wrapped him in foil
Still he wondered what cannibals eat.

It is a busy Friday here:
Early morning prayer meeting
Drop Owen off at school
Home for cooler clothes
Trip to Vanderbilt's early development lab (our boys volunteer to participate in fun tests)
Home for lunch
Naps are next!

Last on our list is to pick Owen up from school and head south from there to Franklin where we'll meet up with Kris' grandma and aunt Cindy who are visiting Tennessee from Tallahassee, FL. They are staying with some other relatives who live south of Franklin and we'll all have dinner together at Famous Dave's tonight.

I think I will sleep very well tonight, which is very good because tomorrow is Aron's birthday. Hard to believe it's been three years!

AmyI hope you have a great time visiting with family! It's so nice when relatives head up this way.

I hope Aron has a great birthday too. I usually remember that it's his birthday as well as our anniversary but then I forget again. I suppose I'm too self-absorbed.
